Our Property Management Team consists of a small group of dedicated individuals. Unit Management is a family owned and operated business. All of the management and accounting is performed in-house by the people directly involved with the management of your property, so you get a seamless stream of service from beginning to end. Pete Dhaliwal | Owner & Licensed Real Estate Broker
Pete purchased Unit Management Ltd. in the Fall of 2016, and continues to manage a large portion of the property portfolio. Pete gained a very solid Condominium Management background having managed a diverse portfolio of properties through the City and one of the largest Residential/Commercial Condominium developments in the Province, along with spending the last 14 years as an Associate with Unit Management. Pete’s experience with projects that are established as well as actually under construction, from concrete to finish, provide his portfolio with remarkable flexibility and the knowledge they deserve. Pete’s clients are assured of high-quality service, as Pete’s personal stake in the success of the company is directly tied to our clients’ satisfaction. Pete is a licensed Broker with the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
AJ Dhaliwal | Licensed Associate, Condominium Manager
Aj joined his brother, Pete, in the business in 2016 to aid in a successful transition from the former owner. Aj manages a small portfolio of properties and is looking to expand his responsibilities as that portfolio grows. Aj has a solid understanding of the management of Condominiums in Calgary and what it takes to ensure his clients receive top quality service and the most dedicated time and attention to detail. Aj is personable and enjoyable to work with, and is looking forward to building knowledge, experience and dedication to the industry.
June Foulston | Licensed Associate, Condominium Manager
June began her career in Property Management in 1999, with Brookfield Properties, which owns and operates commercial properties nationally and internationally. June assisted with the administration and accounting for Bankers Hall, Petro-Canada Centre and Fifth Avenue Place in Calgary’s Downtown Core. June then moved into Retail Property Management with M&M Meat Shops Western Regional Office, where she assisted in the Leasing, Development, Construction and Accounting for 130 Western Canadian Franchise Store Locations. June joined the Management Team at Unit Management Ltd. in the spring of 2009 to manage a small portion of the Unit Management portfolio. June’s background is a benefit to her portfolio, and she has gained the respect of her clients as an action-oriented team player. June is a licensed Associate with the Real Estate Council of Alberta, and is building a solid portfolio of clients.
