Condominium Management Services
Our condominium property management services have proven
to be effective in producing the key benefits demanded by our condominium
clients. These services include:

Collection and deposit of
all monthly condominium fees and sending out notices of delinquency if
required
|

Maintaining records of
all receipts and disbursements and providing monthly and yearly financial
statements for the condominium corporation

Assisting in the
preparation of a recommended operating and reserve fund budget and
preparing a revised schedule of condominium fees on an annual basis
|

Arranging contracts with
reputable service providers to provide cleaning, painting, landscaping,
snow removal, HVAC maintenance, annual fire safety inspections, elevator
maintenance, pool maintenance and general repairs and other
maintenance

Meeting regularly with
the Board and advising on by-law changes

Arranging for
recommendations on appropriate insurance coverage and any required
insurance appraisals

records of the names and addresses of owners and tenants

Our management fees are a
monthly fixed fee based on the size and character of the condominium
property.
