Unit Management Ltd. is a
licensed real estate brokerage operating in Calgary under the Alberta Real
Estate Act. As a licensed brokerage, the company's property management
activities are subject to the regulatory compliance rules established under
that legislation. Those rules were developed jointly by government and
industry to ensure the highest standards of professionalism by licensed
brokers and agents in all dealings with the public. Although Unit
Management Ltd. is a licensed real estate brokerage, it does not buy or sell
real estate. Its only business is professional Condominium management.
Our People
The principals of the
company solid experience in Condominium Property management. Condominiums
in our portfolio range from small, ten-unit properties to very large,
complicated buildings. We manage established, converted, and brand-new Condominiums.
We manage traditional and bare land condominiums. The thing ALL our clients
have in common is that they are all Condominiums! Recently, Unit Management
Ltd. was purchased by Jennifer MacFarlane and Robert Siklodi, a
husband-and-wife team dedicated to taking care of property in the best, most
efficient, effective way possible. We are dedicated to the environment,
dedicated to our clients and do our best to make sure each of our clients
receive top-quality service.
